We combined feminine finishes with historical details to create a whimsical built-in bar that blends cohesively with the rest of our clients' 1910s home. We kept the footprint of the bar the same, but rebuilt the interior and incorporated lighting to make it more functional for prepping drinks. We added a tile surround featuring this stunning blue tile with a variegated vintage glaze. A custom brass wall-mounted shelf and marble counter complete the upper part of this little nook. Our client requested closed storage underneath the counter. We created a custom art nouveau style door profile with brass grating and then modified the existing structure to accommodate it.
